DAY 1: CUSCO – HIDRO ELECTRICA - AGUAS CALIENTES
Surely one of the most beautiful rides, we leave the colonial town of Cusco for the winding mountain road into the Andes. Although there are many switchbacks the passage is breathtaking. We’ll cross Malaga Pass then ride through Santa Maria, Santa Teresa, and end at the hydroelectric dam where we’ll park our bikes. It will then take us an easy two hours to hike to Aguas Calientes with views to the ruins above. This journey is so spectacular that many travelers reported they would love to go back and repeat the same road again. We overnight just below Machu Picchu for 1 night in a nice hotel.

DAY 2: VISIT TO MACHU PICCHU
This day we walk (or bus up) to reach the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu-Wayna Picchu. An expert guide will explain this Wonder of the World the first 2 hours, and then you can explore the citadel on your own and return to Aguas Calientes at your leisure. Afterwards, you can visit the hot springs and end the day with some well-deserved relaxation.

DAY 3: AGUAS CALIENTES - ABRA MALAGA - CUSCO
After breakfast, get ready for the spectacular two hour trek back to hydroelectric dam via the railway, where we will pick up our motorcycles once again.

We follow the same amazing route back to Cusco – gravel road through waterfalls to Santa Theresa, climbing mountains to Santa Maria and continue on to the highest paved road to Malaga Pass and return to Cusco. After that we will say goodbye to the high Andean cloud forest and views; the Sacred Valley awaits us on the other side, with a warm welcome at the colonized city of the Incas, Cusco.

As always, we will end our adventure in the best way - a special dinner where we share our impressions and laughter from this awesome trip!
